Hamsterley Forest Walk 2016. First walk for a long time with Gary.

In all my years of photography, I'd never been able to take a photo of a robin. Seems that, unlike other areas of the country, they're pretty hard to come by. Luckily, I just happened to glance over and say "Oh look, there's a robin. It didn't move, even though me and Gary were no more than a few feet away.

I had no idea how these photos would turn out, and considering I was just pointing the camera and guessing (the screen was too dark to see in the sunlight), it didn't turn out too bad.
