Went to Whitby a couple of times, bought CDs I never thought I'd own, and walked to places I'd never walked to before.
Despite 2016 being a year of dead celebrities and abnormal political decisions, I did stick my head out of the front door a couple of times. The touring cars were attended, so was York, and it was even the year that "Pokemon Go" sprang onto the scene.

An evening trip to Durham, to take place in the 2016 tradition of "pokemon hunting" Trust me, it won't survive into 2017 and we'll have forgotten about it in a couple of months, if not weeks. But yes, A quick and disappointing (pokemon wise) run out.
